Last day of Bidung Trip

Bidong Island
First day.... 10th July 2009
7.15am
Food Service And Notrition VS Food Technology......we gather in front of the old cafe and waiting for the bus to come and take attendance....
8.15am
we start our journey to Bidong Island......the place we had to survice for 3 days 2 night.......
9.00a
we reached Merang Jeti.....and waiting for the boat to bring us to the island...
10.00am
we reached the Bidong Island.....Its is wonderful place with blue and beautiful sea....everything i saw there was very wonderful......clean and such a clear sea......
11.00am
After we take our attandance.....we start our first activity.....which is 'water confidence'.......this activity is my most confidence activity......because i can swim well.....hehehe...those instructor asked us wore on our life jacket and then teached us how to float and swim.....after 1 hour....we start our swim at the Bidong sea....what such a blue sea....although it was salty....hehe....i swim with Mei Hui, Toh Wai and Yeong Kai which is the same group of 'JERUNG'....
After 45 minutes, we reached the big boat at the middle of the sea....we are tired but we have fun......hehe.....after we rest.....we continue our next activity which is jumping into the sea.......i had never tried that before....it was very exciting....but i feel dizzy on the boat......dizzzzzyyyy.....so i jumped down to the sea first...so i can swim back faster......
2.00pm
We have our lunch......rice with egg and cabbage......this is my first time to eat lunch with my hands.....
After that we had our bath.......we only can bath once a day and
we cannot bath wif soap because the chemical will pollute the sea and the coral......so we only wash our body with water and without soap for 3days......
Then we have our next activity which is LDK......we introduce ourself.....we had choose a Jerung leader whose name Shammi....we spent our time with create cheer song and chating.....
4.00pm
We had our tea time....biscuits with tea....after that continue chating again.....we discuss what we goin to performed for the performance night....lastly we choose singing....sing a malay traditional song.....
6.00pm
We have our dinner..............HUNGRY...........
Rice with cabbage........
After that we continue our LDK again.....after a while....malays had their pray and the instructor said about Islam .....
11.00pm
We can go back to to our tend and sleep.......GOOD NIGHT..........ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzz..............
Second Day......11th July 2009
6.00am
We sang 'Negaraku' and UMT song......after that we have our morning exercise.....
Then we have our breakfast.....Fried Beehoon with tea.....
8.00am
Everyone of us gather together and listen to the instruction that given by our instructor.....
Today we have a very very very tough day.....!!!!! We have so many activities need to complete my today....
9.00am
Different team start with different activity....
Team 'Jerung' start with 'KAYAKING'...I match with Mei Hui...The boat was extremely heavy....
The instructor which responsible in kayaking teached us some skills and signals before we start our activity....after that we start to kayak.......after 1 hour we reached another beach of Bidong Island.....then we have our next journey whick is 'HIKING'.....we hike the mountain at the Bidong Island...We are all wet but we still have to comtinue our activity....hehe...
The instructors which is responsible to bring us for the hiking activity told us may about the history of this island which many years ago have Vietnamese came here.....before we start hiking...There are many of statue, house, tank, temple, church and etc.....everything is full of history value although almost of the thinhs there were already destroy.....there are also many plants and trees which is rare to be seen....hehe....around 1 and a half hour.....we had reached the beach.....NEXT is 'SNORKELING'.....I never try that before.....it is very exciting.....we take our life jacket and listen to the intructions and learned how to breathe in the sea....
Then we start our journey along the deep deep blue sea.....what such a beautiful blue sea....i saw many beautiful and colourful corals and fishes.......very beautiful.....some of the corals are big and some of the coral are small......can u imagine that inside the deep blue sea are full of corals........
hehe...after half an hour....we have our next activity which is "FISHING'......The instructor teached us how to fish.....i do not like to fish....i felt so dizzy on the big boat.....i can't fish.....unfortunately...i'm very lucky....i had fish 1 tail of fish although i sleep on the boat.....the 'Jerung' team had fish 28 tails of fishes....haha....
4.00pm
we are so tired after we had complete all the activities.....we have a rest and then we have our tea time.....again and again....we have biscuits and tea.....then we went to bath...
6.00pm
Its dinner time.....we eat rice with cabbage again.....after that we continue LDK activity....we practice for our performance....we sing and sing.....practice make perfect....hehe....after that malays had their pray.....
10.00pm
We practice again....but at the end.....its have heavy rain.....so the performace postpone to the next morning....we had to go back to our tend because the rain is heavy and we need to protect our tend by blow off by teh strong wind....hehe.....after 1 hour...the rain become small and each tend is going to send a volunteer to cook those fishes that we had fish today....hehe....
12.00am.....
We go back to our tend and sleep....GOOD NIGHT.....ZZZzzzzzzzzzz..............
Last day......12th July 2009

We sang 'Negaraku' and UMT song......after that we have our morning exercise.....
Then we have our breakfast.....Fried Beehoon with tea.....
7.30am
We prepare for our performance.....
Everyome of us had perform a great show.....hehe....
10.00am
we start our kayak competiton.....that day is not a good condition to have kayak competition because the wave are very very strong.....
but we still go on our competition for a short while...
after that....'UDANG' team win the competition.....
11.00am
We gather again to give out the price.....
After that we get ready to go back to our school...
We hav many fun for this few days although it was very very very tiring....hehe....
I can conclude that this Bidong Trip is the most fantastic trip that i had been before....it is a great experience for my university life in UMT.....hehe.....
